Because of my passion for plants and nature and because of my constant belief that earth gives us all the food and health we need, I studied agricultural engineering. This specialty gave me a greater understanding of the the high nutritional value that nature offers us. Through my work in Dubai for many years in the field of farming and nutrition and looking for the best quality of fruits that grow in the region and based on my interest in spreading awareness about a high value product, I choose the date fruit to be the center of my focus because of tremendous benefits and delicious taste.
